The best and fastest way to lose weight is

- Never, ever ( I don't care what anyone tells you) skip meals, this will slow down your metabolism and will not help you lose weight at all, always eat regularly, because this keeps your body burning calories.
- Keep up on fluids, fluids such as water inhibit the build up of fat in the body, as it tends to flush fat out of the body.
